July 24, 2015 - Unidocs Member Agency Carbon Dioxide Reporting Exemption has been eliminated. All carbon dioxide is now HMBP-reportable when handled at or above the reporting thresholds specified in Article 1 of Chapter 6.95 of California Health and Safety Code.

Effective 1/1/2013 reporting of Unified Program Consolidated Form (UPCF) data must be done electronically.

Effective 1/1/2013 all Unified Program responsibilities within the City of Morgan Hill are now handled by Santa Clara County CUPA: this includes the Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program and Underground Storage Tank Program.

Effective 7/1/2011 the City of San Jose is no longer a Unified Program Agency. All Unified Program responsibilities within San Jose are now handled by Santa Clara County CUPA.

On 1/1/2009, the City of Palo Alto transferred regulation of UST systems to Santa Clara County CUPA. Palo Alto Fire Dept. stills handles the Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program.
